Natural gemstones are found do to volcanic activity and specific conditions underground to allows Crystals to form.  The rough is cut and polish to  a gemstone then use in jewellery. 

 

Synthetic Gemstones

Synthetic gemstones are man-made gems that possess the same physical qualities as a natural gemstone. These gems are created in a lab and can very closely resemble natural gemstones. Some synthetic gemstones may even be given blemishes to look more natural.
