After you book your appointment during your free consultation we will go through the details of your piece. Whether you want to refurbish, restyle an heirloom or request a custom piece. We will go over the design, materials as well as any special request to fit it in your budget. Note: If you have broken or unwanted jewellery you are welcome to bring it in to discuss if the item(s) can be repurposed.
2. Design Process
On your next visit, a rendering or prototype of your piece will be provided. Any changes that need to be made should be discussed at this stage. In order to go ahead, 50% of the total cost for your piece must be provided to proceed with the custom design.
Your piece will be handcrafted or cast and available for pick up on the discussed deadline or sooner if available.
4. Balance & Pickup
Your jewellery will be available for pick up and the remaining balance with taxes is due. In case you are unable to pick up your piece, arrangements can be made and payment will be processed by e-transfer or by credit card plus a small fee will be charged, so FedEx, UPS or Canada Post can deliver to you.
