Custom Design

Our Process

1. Consultation
Once you've booked your appointment, we’ll begin with a free consultation to discuss the details of your piece. Whether you want to refurbish, restyle an heirloom, or create something custom, we’ll cover the design, materials, and any special requests, while keeping your budget in mind. Feel free to bring in any broken or unwanted jewellery to explore whether it can be repurposed.

2. Design Process
During your next visit, we will provide a rendering or prototype of your piece. This is your chance to suggest any changes before moving forward. To proceed with the custom design, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required.

3. Fabrication
Your piece will be handcrafted or cast and will be ready for pick up by the agreed-upon deadline, or sooner if available.

4. Balance & Pickup
Once your jewellery is ready, you can pick it up and pay the remaining balance, including taxes. If you're unable to pick it up in person, we can make arrangements to ship it to you via FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post. Payment can be made through e-transfer or credit card (a small fee will be added for shipping).
